A large, white, pillared building sitting atop a hill is the center of the government. It is where the government's head and his division reside and do all of their work. Only those from Sector A and B are allowed here, unless special permission is received.
The lab is located in its own building next to the main building. It is where the medicine is created and scientists study the mysterious bond. Only those from Sectors A and B are allowed here.
An underground office where the security personnel work. There are monitors all over the room that can watch the entire complex through hidden cameras. Only those in Sector B and above may enter.
The prison where all who break the law are kept and even tortured until their punishment. It is underneath the complex. The entryway is a small shed-like building.
Anywhere else around the headquarters. The first floor is open to all members, and contains a few meeting halls and a cafeteria. The grounds outside are open space for the most part, but is surrounded by a tall electric fence.
The world that exists in the dreams of all people. Every pair with the same word that activates their powers have their own unique dream world that they share. The dream world has no race boundaries, unlike the districts in the awake world.
